This website is operated by Nemesis Workshop, the English translation of our original name, Ateliers Nemesis INC, written in French. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nemesis Workshop. Nemesis Workshop offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your services.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COPYRIGHT
Ateliers Nemesis INC reserves the exclusive rights to publish or present all or part of projects that fall under the following conditions when submitted to our workshops:
- A replica of an existing concept inspired by a known source, such as video games, films, television series, web series, comics, or other popular works.
- A replica of a weapon concept inspired by everyday objects, such as a broom.
- A replica of a historical weapon or metal concept weapon.
- A replica of a weapon concept made with our Creative Catalog (modifications of catalog products).
- A replica of a custom weapon concept already produced, with significant modifications of at least 25% (e.g., colors, dimensions, shapes, or unique logos).
We may forgo copyrights on custom-made creations with a unique design by the client, based on agreement and analysis by the company. Copyrights can also be transferred by written agreement if the client covers total development costs (e.g., matrix sculpture, molds, or research).
Copyright on Artefact Custom Projects
Copyrights for these projects can be transferred through a written agreement, with the client assuming development costs. A partial cost reduction may be offered if we integrate the design into our catalog under a non-exclusivity agreement. In such cases, a minimum order of 10 units applies.
For full copyright ownership, a written agreement will specify the client’s responsibility for all development costs. We may offer a discount if the concept is of interest and integrated into our catalog.
Submitting Your Request - Terms and Conditions
On Custom Project Purchases:
- Quotes are free and do not imply a commitment.
- Full payment is required before work begins. For projects over $1000 CAD, a 50% deposit may be arranged, with the remainder due upon completion. Installments through PayBright are available.
- Production time for custom projects is typically 36 weeks. Refer to the Processing Times and Shipping Table for more details.
Delivery methods and costs will be shared upon project completion. Refer to the Delays and Shipping section for more information. A 1-year limited warranty begins upon delivery.
Production of Custom Weapons in Series
Mass production models can be developed through Ateliers Nemesis. Copyrights may be transferred under a written agreement, with the client assuming development costs.
A partial discount may apply if the product is included in our catalog under a non-exclusivity agreement, with a minimum order of 10 units required. If copyrights remain exclusive to the client, royalty fees can be negotiated for sales to third parties by Ateliers Nemesis INC.
SECTION 4 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if the information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The content is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions without consulting primary sources.
We reserve the right to modify the content on this site at any time but are not obligated to update information. It is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

If we, in our sole judgment, suspect you have breached any term of this agreement, we may terminate it without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The failure of Nemesis Workshop to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service, along with any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, governing your use of the Service and superseding any prior agreements, communications, or proposals.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
