INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to ensure our products reach you wherever you are in the world.

Delivery times may vary depending on production time and the final destination of your order. During the checkout process, shipping fees will be calculated based on the package volume and displayed clearly before you confirm your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor your package’s progress in real time until it is delivered.

ONLINE ORDERS

Our website allows you to explore our product catalog anytime, anywhere.

When you place an order online, you enjoy the convenience of shopping from the comfort of your home, while our team takes care of preparing and shipping your package. For faster delivery, we recommend choosing items that are in stock.

If you need your order by a specific date, please indicate it in the comment section during checkout.

Products marked as “pre-order” require additional production time. This means they will be crafted in our workshops as soon as possible (refer to the specific production times listed in our product sections).

OUR FLAT RATE SHIPPING SYSTEM

To simplify shipping costs, we offer a fixed-rate shipping system, determined by the destination country and product type. Two options apply:

Small: For small-sized items. (Ex: dagger, dagger scabbard)
Standard: For regular-sized items. (Ex: Athena Sword, Athena Sword Scabbard)
Oversized: For larger items such as two-handed swords, shields, or other oversized products. (Ex: Naginata, Claymore, etc)

If your order includes an oversized item, the corresponding shipping fees will be automatically applied. These fees are calculated transparently at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: DUTIES AND TAXES

Customs duties and applicable taxes are the buyer's responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country (exception of the USA, see above). These additional costs will be collected upon delivery. We are not responsible for these fees and recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing an order.

If a package is refused or returned, the initial shipping fees as well as return costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.

CANADA: SALES TAXES

• Québec: Provincial taxes apply to all orders delivered within the province.

• Other provinces: GST or HST is calculated based on the rate in effect for the destination province.

• Extreme weather conditions, such as storms, floods, or other climatic events.

• Natural disasters, including earthquakes or major fires.

• Payment verifications or bank delays that affect order validation.

• Unexpected inventory errors or technical production issues.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

At Nemesis Workshops, all of our products are available for order on demand, even when they are not currently in stock. Thanks to our team of skilled artisans who design each piece in our workshop, we can offer tailor-made products within clearly defined timelines.

We understand the importance of receiving your orders on time, especially for specific events. If you have a particular deadline in mind, please let us know so we can adjust production accordingly.

IN-STORE ORDERS

If you are shopping in-store and the item you are looking for is not in stock, our team can place a special order for you. Once confirmed, the item will enter production in our workshops as quickly as possible.

A full payment is required for all in-store orders. This payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation, but the equivalent amount will be issued as a store credit gift card.

Special Promotion: If the item you wish to purchase is not in stock, we will ship it to your home free of charge. This offer applies exclusively to products from the Athena, Athena Premium, Athena Initium, Artisan, as well as materials and scabbards categories.

IN-STORE PICKUP

For added convenience, we offer a free pickup option directly at our store. You can collect your order at the following address:

4091 Route des Lacs, St-Élie-de-Caxton

Please note that you have a maximum of 90 days to pick up your order once it is ready. After this period:

• The order will be canceled.

• The item will be returned to inventory.

• Your payment will be issued as a store credit gift card, if applicable.
