What are our refurbishing services?

After several epic battles, it’s normal for your weapon to be in need of maintenance. At Nemesis Workshops, we’re committed to saving the environment, which is why we offer you the highest quality repair and refurbishing services.

Our passionate and experienced craftsmen will care for your weapon with meticulous attention, using durable materials and proven techniques. Whether it’s a worn grip or a cracked blade, we’ll restore your weapon to its former glory!

After passing through the expert hands of our craftsmen, your weapon will regain its lustre and be ready for your next battle.

All our repair services are available in-store and by appointment only. This enables us to offer you a customized service and guarantee the best possible conditions for each repair.

Waiting times for our repair services are 12 weeks. We strive to treat every request with the utmost care, ensuring that every weapon receives the attention it deserves.

Standard Services

Blade replacement

This service is offered for most of our swords models of 110 cm and less. We will clean your handle and repaint it, repair any tears on the guards, handles and pommels and put a new blade with a 1 year warranty on your old restored handle. For the more excessive user, we offer an additional option of a reinforced tip.

Value: 50% of the original product price.
Refer to the product on our website for more details. You will also be able to add certain options to the appearance of your blade (see additional price per option).

Blade restoration

We will clean your blade to remove all dirt and dust and apply a new coat of varnish.

Blade cut repair

We will clean your blade, repair the cuts on the blade and apply a new coat of varnish.

Temporary point repairs

If your project meets our standards, we will clean your gun and fill the space around the tip structure with a flexible silicone. We can then redo a layer of varnish on the blade. This service does not give any guarantee of duration and depends a lot on the user.

Step-by-step Request

Step 1: Submit your repair request!

To help us assess the feasibility of repairing your weapon, it’s important to fill out the form and include a few detailed photos of your weapon’s current condition. These images will help us better understand the damage and determine the best repair solutions.

Once the form has been submitted, a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options, as well as potential timescales and costs. We’re here to support you every step of the way, making sure your weapon is restored to its optimal condition.

Step 2: Send us your weapon!

Once a member of our team has confirmed the feasibility of the repairs and you’ve paid the invoice, it’s time to send us your weapon. You have two options:

1 – In-store deposit : Bring your weapon to our St-Élie store during business hours. Click here to see the schedule.

2 – Shipping : Wrap your weapon carefully and identify the parcel with your name. Take it to a post office and send it to the following address:

Step 3: Get your weapon back!

When the repairs are complete, a member of our team will contact you to let you know. You can then choose one of two options:

1 – In-store pick-up : You can pick up your weapon at our St-Élie store during business hours. Click here to see the schedule.

2 – Shipping : You can choose to have your weapon delivered to your home. Shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced at the appropriate time. Payment must be completed before the package leaves our workshops.
