Custom Guild Daggers Conditions

Designate a member of your group as the person in charge.
The person in charge should fill in the submission form, providing as much detail as possible. A sketch is mandatory for all projects, and charges apply. For more information, please contact our team.
Nemesis Workshops will process your request and provide you with a quote. Please allow 6 to 10 days for an e-mail response.
If the quotation is accepted, a 50% deposit is required to start production.
Nemesis Workshops will contact the person in charge to obtain approval for the matrix.
Once the dagger order has been produced, Nemesis Workshops will contact the person in charge to select a delivery method.
Shipping costs and the second 50% deposit must be paid before the package is sent.

The person in charge is the only person authorized to communicate with Nemesis Workshops concerning the order, whether for payment, production follow-up, delivery, application of the one-year limited warranty, or for a new order.
A minimum of 10 units is required for guild dagger development.
Delivery of the projects is scheduled for the summer period from July to August 2024.
Shipping costs can only be estimated at the time of shipment.

Copyrights are assigned to the guild that pays for the development of the guild dagger, except in the following cases:

Replica of an existing concept from known sources such as video games, films, TV series, web series, comic strips or any other popular work.
Replica of a weapon concept inspired by everyday objects such as a broom.
Replica of a historical and/or metal weapon concept, such as a rouelle dagger.
Replica of a weapon concept made with our creative catalog and/or catalog product modifications.
Replica of a custom weapon concept already produced with major modifications of at least 25%, e.g.: colors, dimensions, shapes, etc.

Nemesis Ateliers reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify this offer at any time, without prior notice.
