Ateliers Nemesis INC reserves the exclusive rights to publish or present

the entire or a part of the projects that falls under the following conditions

which are submitted to our workshops :✓ A replica of an existing concept inspired by a known source, such as video games, films, television series, web series, comics or any other popular works.

✓ A replica of a weapon concept inspired by everyday objects such as a broom.

✓ A replica of historic and / or metal concept weapon.

✓ A replica of weapon concept made with our Creative Catalog (modifications of catalog products)

✓ A replica of a custom weapon concept already produced with major modifications of at least 25% ex; colors, dimensions, shapes, unique logos

It is possible for Ateliers Nemesis to forgo copyrights on custom made creations with a unique design created by the client, based on agreement and analysis by the company. The copyrights can also be transferred by written agreement between the parties if the customer assumes the total cost of development in the circumstance of a small series project (e.g. sculpture of the matrix, molds and / or research)

Terms and conditions for the purchase of a custom project;

Requests for quotes are entirely free of charge and do not imply an engagement. Once accepted, we require full payment before the work begins. For projects of $1000 CAD and more, upon request an arrangement can be made where by a 50% deposit is required in order to begin the work. It is also possible to pay in installments with PayBright. Our production times for custom projects are 36 weeks, but may vary depending on the type of project. You can consult the table of Processing times and shipping of custom orders to assess the deadlines for your custom order.

We will contact you if it is necessary to carry out the project. You can always contact us for a follow-up, however sending photos of the work-in-progress is at the discretion of Ateliers Nemesis INC. The delivery method and costs will be provided to you after the project is completed. You can consult the Delays and shipping section to find out more about delivery costs. The 1-year limited warranty begins upon delivery of the product.

Requesting copyright for your custom project:

Copyright on these projects may be transferred by written agreement from Ateliers Nemesis to the client, along with the total transfer of the development costs.
