A few simple steps to prepare your group purchase order:
✓ Choose a member of your group to be the organizer.
✓ The organizer must gather the order information in one file, including the SKU numbers and quantity of each product, only one delivery address, email and telephone number. The file must be sent by email to ventest@ateliers-nemesis.com ✓ The Nemesis Workshops inc. will process the order and calculate the discounts. Please allow 6 to 10 business days before receiving the quote by email with the available payment methods.
✓ The organizer is responsible for collecting the payment from the group and making the payment of the total sum of the invoice in order to start production.
✓ Once production of the group order is completed, Nemesis Workshops inc. will contact the organizer to select the type of delivery. You can either pick up the order at our store in St-Élie-de-Caxton or assess the delivery options, all delivery fees must be paid before the package is sent.
✓ The organizer then claims full responsibility to redistribute the material to the members of the group. Nemesis Workshops inc. is only responsible for the delivery of the order to the organizer.
✓ Upon payment of the group purchase invoice the organizer discount will appear in XP Nemesis in their online account. The discount can then be applied to subsequent purchases of either catalog products or custom orders.
Terms and Conditions
✓ All communication about the order, whether it be payment details, follow-up on production, delivery or application of the 1-year limited warranty, must be via the designated organizer.
✓ The total value of a group purchase order must be a minimum of 2,500$ CAD before taxes.
✓ This promotion applies only to catalog products.
✓ The production and delivery times for group orders may vary depending on the order.
✓ Shipping costs can only be calculated at the time of delivery.
✓ This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or offer.
